Stylized PDF of your daily itinerary that is designed to be accessed both on and offline from your mobile device
Custom Google Map with all of the locations of marked for everything in your itinerary from accommodation to restaurants and tour meeting points - this can be downloaded and accessed while offline from your mobile device
How it works

If I think we are a good fit, I’ll send you a link to book a discovery call.
On the call we’ll discuss your travel style and priorities, dates, budget and specific destinations.
I’ll compile your initial itinerary that includes a day-by-day break down of suggested activities, tours, restaurant recommendations, any necessary travel and accommodation options.
You’ll have the opportunity to go over everything and we’ll make any necessary changes with one round of edits.
We’ll finalize the itinerary and you’ll receive a final copy in PDF form that is designed to be accessed on your mobile phone and has all of the details you need.
Along with your itinerary you’ll receive instructions on exactly what and how to book. All booking will be done by you at your own discretion.
Cost
My base price is $500 for a custom travel itinerary for up to 7 days of travel, $750 for 8-14 days and custom pricing for anything 15 days or more.
I ask for 50% up front and 50% when we finalize the itinerary.
Timeline
The entire process should take about 3-4 weeks, depending on the length of your itinerary.
This will largely depend on how long the itinerary is for and how fast you are able to get back to me with your responses.
Once we have our initial discovery call, you can expect about 1-2 weeks for me to pull together the initial itinerary. From there, you get 1 week to make any changes/edits to the itinerary. After our one round of edits, it’ll take up to 1 week to finalize and send you the final product. Booking will be up to you.
