Extraordinary trips for people who'd rather be traveling than planning
"We've been just GUSHING over here all week at the itinerary you sent over. Thank you SO much!!! We already know this will be the trip of a lifetime (and 1000x better than if we planned this ourselves)."
- Maddie J. (South Africa)
Your next adventure starts here
You have the destination in mind, the dates blocked off, and the dream firmly planted — but between the research rabbit holes, the endless browser tabs, and the creeping fear of wasting your precious vacation days on the wrong choices, the planning never quite happens.
That's where I come in.
Whether it's floating over Cappadocia in a hot air balloon, coming face to face with a lion on the Serengeti, or sipping Aperol Spritz at a beach club in Positano — I'll handle every detail so all you have to do is show up and experience it.
Why trust me?
After living abroad in 17 different countries and traveling to over 50, here's what I know about planning the trip of a lifetime: the research takes longer than you think, the decisions are harder than they look, and the difference between a good trip and an extraordinary one almost always comes down to details that take years of experience to know.
I've been collecting those details since I started traveling full time in 2018 — six continents, ancient wonders, surreal landscapes, and more airline miles than I can count. I've been on five safaris across South Africa and Tanzania, hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, camped under the stars in the Sahara, and watched herds roam the Serengeti from a hot air balloon.
This isn’t a bucket list. It’s my Life.
I've spent seven years learning exactly what makes a trip extraordinary versus merely good — The restaurant that isn't on TripAdvisor. The viewpoint you won’t find on a map. The timing that turns a crowded landmark into a private moment.
Everything I recommend comes from firsthand experience. If I haven't been there myself, I'll tell you.
“Every single meal we ate was 10 out of 10. Your food recs were spot on!”
- Stefanie L. (Italy)Bucket List Experiences
This is for you if you take travel seriously.
You're not interested in all-inclusive resorts or cookie-cutter tours. You want the sunrise at Petra, the private safari, the table at the restaurant locals actually go to. You have a bucket list and you intend to work through it — but between a demanding career and limited vacation days, you can't afford to spend weeks buried in research tabs only to second-guess every decision.
You want someone who has actually been there — who knows the difference between the viewpoint that looks good on Instagram and the one that will genuinely take your breath away — to just tell you what to do.
Whether you're planning a honeymoon, a milestone anniversary, a bucket list adventure with your partner, or a solo trip of a lifetime, you're in the right place.

There are two ways to get started — a Travel Consultation Call ($150) or jumping straight into the Custom Itinerary Planning process. For the full itinerary service, here's how it works:
Get started by filling out the contact form below with some details about your dream trip. From there, I'll reach out to book a complimentary discovery call where we'll talk through your travel style, priorities, dates, budget, and destination ideas.
Once we're aligned on the vision, I'll get to work building your itinerary — a detailed day-by-day plan including activities, tours, restaurant recommendations, and accommodation options, all tailored specifically to you.
You'll have a chance to review everything and we'll make any necessary adjustments with one round of edits. From there, I'll send your final itinerary as a beautifully designed PDF built for mobile, complete with booking instructions and exact links for everything included.

I offer two ways to work together:
Travel Consultation Call — $150
Custom Itinerary Planning — from $500 (up to 7 days), $750 (8-14 days), custom pricing for 15+ days
A $250 deposit is required to start the custom itinerary process, with the remaining balance due when we finalize. If you've had a consultation call, your $150 goes toward that deposit.

Great itineraries take time to get right — expect about 4-6 weeks from discovery call to your final PDF.
-
Every itinerary is completely customized to your interests — but to give you a taste of the kinds of experiences I love to plan:
A hot air balloon ride over the Serengeti at sunrise
A private wine tasting at a vineyard in the South African winelands
A 4x4 Jeep tour through the otherworldly landscape of Wadi Rum
A cooking class with a local family in the Tuscan countryside
A sunset hike to a jaw-dropping mountaintop viewpoint
Intimate wildlife encounters — from safari game drives to snorkeling with whale sharks
-
The sooner the better! A good rule of thumb is 3-6 months before your travel dates — this gives us the most flexibility with accommodation options, tours, and experiences that book up quickly.
Some destinations require even more lead time (the Amalfi Coast, Iceland, Japan, and safari lodges in peak season, to name a few), so if you have a specific destination in mind, don't wait.
Please note: I'm unable to take on new itineraries with less than 6 weeks' notice before travel.
-
Once your itinerary is finalized, booking is straightforward — I'll include exact links and clear instructions for everything, so there's no guesswork involved.
Flights can be booked as soon as we've confirmed your travel dates. For everything else — accommodation, tours, and experiences — I'll let you know what to book and when, in the order that makes the most sense for your trip.

I have deep personal experience across six continents and over 50 countries — but a few areas where I have particular expertise include Africa (safari travel, Cape Town, Tanzania), the Mediterranean (Italy, Croatia, Portugal, Spain), the Middle East (Jordan, Turkey), Latin America America (Mexico, Peru, Patagonia), and Southeast Asia (Thailand, Bali).
I also have a soft spot for honeymoons and milestone trips — the kind of travel that deserves to be extraordinary. If you have a destination in mind that isn't on this list, reach out anyway — chances are I've either been there or know exactly how to plan it.
-
The consultation is a 60-minute call where we dig into your specific trip — destination, routing, timing, must-have experiences, logistics, and any questions you've been sitting on. After the call, I'll send a follow-up email summarizing everything we covered so you have it all in one place.
If you decide you'd like a full custom itinerary for the same trip afterward, your $150 applies toward your deposit.

Not sure where to start? Here's a simple way to think about it:
The Travel Consultation Call is a great fit if you have a general idea of where you want to go and just want expert input to point you in the right direction — without handing over the full planning. You'll walk away with clarity and a game plan you can execute yourself.
The Custom Itinerary Planning is for you if you'd rather hand it off entirely — you want a complete, day-by-day plan built around your specific trip, with every detail researched and ready to go.
Not sure yet? Start with the consultation. If you decide you want the full itinerary for the same trip, your $150 goes toward your deposit.
