    If I think we are a good fit, I’ll send you a link to book a discovery call.

    On the call we’ll discuss your travel style and priorities, dates, budget and specific destinations.

    I’ll compile your initial itinerary that includes a day-by-day break down of suggested activities, tours, restaurant recommendations, any necessary travel and accommodation options.

    You’ll have the opportunity to go over everything and we’ll make any necessary changes with one round of edits.

    We’ll finalize the itinerary and you’ll receive a final copy in PDF form that is designed to be accessed on your mobile phone and has all of the details you need.

    Along with your itinerary you’ll receive instructions on exactly what and how to book. All booking will be done by you at your own discretion.

    The entire process should take about 3-4 weeks, depending on the length of your itinerary.

  • My base price is $500 for a custom travel itinerary for up to 7 days of travel, $750 for 8-14 days and custom pricing for anything 15 days or more.

    I ask for 50% up front and 50% when we finalize the itinerary.

  • This will largely depend on how long the itinerary is for and how fast you are able to get back to me with your responses.

    Once we have our initial discovery call, you can expect about 1-2 weeks for me to pull together the initial itinerary. From there, you get 1 week to make any changes/edits to the itinerary. After our one round of edits, it’ll take up to 1 week to finalize and send you the final product. Booking will be up to you.

  • My services are catered towards independent travelers (meaning those who prefer not to travel with a tour) seeking a blend of luxury and adventure travel. The specifics will be completely customized to your preferences.

    However, to give you an idea of some bespoke experiences, here are some suggestions:

    • a hot air balloon ride over the Serengetti

    • a cooking class in the Tuscan countryside

    • a 4x4 Jeep tour through the Wadi Rum Desert

    • a private wine tasting picnic at a vineyard in South Africa

    • hiking and outdoor experiences for any ability levels

    • cultural exchanges and local guides

  • The sooner the better!

    A good rule of thumb is 3-6 months out from your travel dates. However some destinations will be possible to plan with shorter notice and some destinations will require even more advanced planning (i.e. Amalfi Coast, Iceland, Japan, etc.).

    The more advanced planning we can do, the more options you will have.

    *I will not take on projects with less than 1 month before travel.

  • Once we have finalized your travel dates, you are free to go ahead and book your flights.

    The same goes for finalizing accommodation.

    Everything else can be booked as soon as we finalize the itinerary.

    I will send instructions (with exact booking links) for everything included in the itinerary, but the final booking will be your responsibility.
