I’ve done Your Bucket List Trip—Twice
After living abroad in 17 different countries and traveling to over 50, here's what I know about planning the trip of a lifetime: the research takes longer than you think, the decisions are harder than they look, and the difference between a good trip and an extraordinary one almost always comes down to details that take years of experience to know.
I've been collecting those details since I started traveling full time in 2018 — six continents, ancient wonders, surreal landscapes, and more airline miles than I can count. I've been on five safaris across South Africa and Tanzania, hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, camped under the stars in the Sahara, and watched herds roam the Serengeti from a hot air balloon.

Custom Itinerary Planning — from $500 A fully bespoke, day-by-day itinerary built around your bucket list. Includes a discovery call, a beautifully designed dynamic and mobile-friendly itinerary, and complementary booking of your flights, accommodations, and experiences, handled by me.
Booking Service — complimentary with itinerary planning Already know where you're going? Let me handle the reservations. Great for business travel, larger groups, or anyone who just wants to outsource their travel booking management.

There are three ways to get started: a Travel Consultation Call ($150), the Booking Service if you already know your plans, or jumping straight into Custom Itinerary Planning. For the full itinerary service, here's how it works:
Get started by filling out the contact form below with some details about your dream trip.
From there, I'll reach out to book a complimentary discovery call where we'll talk through your travel style, priorities, dates, budget, and destination ideas.
Once we're aligned on the vision, I'll build your custom itinerary proposal, including all the bookable pieces: flights, hotels, and tours. You'll have a chance to review everything and we'll finalize any details together.
Once you approve and sign off, I take it from there: booking your flights, accommodations, and experiences, and finalizing every remaining detail so all you have to do is pack.

I offer three ways to work together:
Travel Consultation Call — $150
Custom Itinerary Planning — from $500 (up to 7 days), $750 (8-14 days), custom pricing for 15+ days
Booking Service — complimentary when paired with itinerary planning; a service fee may apply if booked on its own
A $250 deposit is required to start the custom itinerary process, with the remaining balance due once your itinerary is approved. If you've had a consultation call, your $150 goes toward that deposit.

Expect about 3-4 weeks from discovery call to a finalized, ready-to-travel itinerary, depending on trip complexity and how quickly we're able to connect along the way.

Every itinerary is completely customized to your interests — but to give you a taste of the kinds of experiences I love to plan:

The sooner the better! A good rule of thumb is 3-6 months before your travel dates. This gives us the most flexibility with accommodation options, tours, and experiences that book up quickly.
Some destinations require even more lead time (the Amalfi Coast, Iceland, Japan, and safari lodges in peak season, to name a few), so if you have a specific destination in mind, don't wait.
Please note: I'm unable to take on new itineraries with less than 6 weeks notice before travel.

You do! Well, I do, on your behalf.
Once your itinerary proposal is approved and your credit card authorization is signed, I handle the reservations myself: flights, accommodations, tours, and experiences, all booked and confirmed by me. You won't need to juggle multiple booking sites or click a single confirmation link.
If your trip includes business or first class flights, those are coordinated by me directly through my travel agency partner, Travel Savvy Agency, to make sure you get the best available options.
The result: once your itinerary is finalized, your trip is already booked and ready to go.

I have deep personal experience across six continents and over 50 countries — but a few areas where I have particular expertise include Africa (safari travel, Cape Town, Tanzania), the Mediterranean (Italy, Croatia, Portugal, Spain), the Middle East (Jordan, Turkey), Latin America America (Mexico, Peru, Patagonia), and Southeast Asia (Thailand, Bali).
I also have a soft spot for honeymoons and milestone trips — the kind of travel that deserves to be extraordinary. If you have a destination in mind that isn't on this list, reach out anyway — chances are I've either been there or know exactly how to plan it.

The consultation is a 60-minute call where we dig into your specific trip — destination, routing, timing, must-have experiences, logistics, and any questions you've been sitting on. After the call, I'll send a follow-up email summarizing everything we covered so you have it all in one place.
If you decide you'd like a full custom itinerary for the same trip afterward, your $150 applies toward your deposit.
